Just to let everyone know, the weather forcast isnt too crash hot, but its still on.

A couple have had to pull out for personal reasons so I hope to catch up with Matt and Darren next time.

There are a number of tracks leading off Boyagin Road, which can get confusing, however, just keep an eye out for a EO sign pointing to the camp area.

Cheers.....Lionel.

Certainly will mate.

You wouldnt believe it, brought the Patrol and camper from my workshop over to the house this arvo ready to go tomorrow, and did the head gasket in.

Too late to repair, but luckally, the Nissan comes with 5 spare cylinders....hehehe.

Good excuse for a V8 installation when we get back.

Cheers.....Lionel.

Bad luck there, but as long as the stuff on the dipstick looks the same as what is the radiator you will be fine.

Had a holden like that once , went forever.

Have good one

Hi Lionel, I'm all packed and ready to head down there tomorrow (Friday), but if the weather turns real nasty (as in destructive) I may have to head in to work for a while. I'll check the 4.50am BOM forecast and see what the satellite says.

I've loaded the trailer up with tarps and a few long ropes so we can make a shelter and I'll bring a bit of dry wood along too.

A bit of rain just adds to the fun. Looking forward to it.

Cheers

Lionel, with the combination of being on call 24hrs a day and having a 9 week old daughter with colic................very, very rarely.

Sold a car at 6.30am this morning too.

I'm still waiting on the word re: work. Theoretically I have today off, but as I'm in charge of emergency callouts I might have to go in if the SHTF. The BOM just had a warning on the ABC of 120+kmh winds and flooding for the metro area, so I may be required.

Worst comes to worst, I'll just drive down tonight or Sat morning with a bit of overtime money in the bank.
