Hi. Does anyone have any good tips on installing roo lite 180 or 220 or lightforce equivalents on toyota factory fitted roo bar? Someone suggested that extra brackets had to be welded and putting the spotties in front of the radiator could compromise the air intake. cheers

The best advise I can offer is to
camp at night and drive in the day. However if you are adament that sleeping in the day and driving at night is the only way to see Australia, I would remind you that it is cooler at night and therefor installing "spotties" in front of the radiator should not affect your cooling system

If you drive in the day you do not need spotties. The money you save if you don't buy them will fill your fuel
tank .....
well almost.
