Just wanted to give Trackabout a wrap in the customer service department.

I have had a Safari for about 4 years now and over time had lost one of the catches that is used to secure the toolbox lid. Gave Tackabout a call last week explaining that I had searched high and low to find a replacement to no avail. The lady who I spoke with was very keen to assist and after confirming with one of the guys who build the campers as to which part I was refering to, said that she would post one down immediately.

Thursday last week the package arrived. Not just the piece I was after, but two complete replacement catches. No charge for this service and the camper has been out of warranty for alomst 2 years.

Cant get much better service than that I reckon. As is standard, no affiliation etc etc, just wanted to praise some great customer service in this day and age where it definitely seems to be lacking in so many business.

Cheers

Richard

Richard,

They seem to have a very good reputation. Have'nt heard much criticism at all.

ps No, I don't own one and I am not connected to them in any way.

Hi Richard,

John Vezos who runs Trackabout is a great guy who is always prepared to help anyone with a problem. We have a Deluxe Off Road Camper and have always found John ( and his staff) very co-operative.
Look like you are another satisfied customer.

Cheers,

Bob
