I think it may be Oztec suspension. Try that and you'll get a response on Google.

Hi Steve,
Yes i have that, or did have that exact suspension set up on my 14'6" Windsor Rapid. If you look at my profile you will see some of the mods i have done to the van. It weighs approx 1750 kgs fully loaded. It really depends on what you intend to do with the van, what sort of punshment you will put it through. I want a van that will handle some fairly rough tracks, corrugations etc. With the extra water tanks, solar batteries etc i collapsed my springs twice before i upgraded them to 7 leaf ones and now, no probs.
The Austrek system is an independant one with shockers and leaf springs but in my opinion and from experience you must ask also for the heavey duty axel stub, they fitted a 40mm on mine and i had a complete collapse and major failure. If i was told that for a little bit extra i could have a 50mm stub axel i would have paid for it, no worries. I have it now though. I also fitted a heavy duty off road brake set up which again wouldn't have cost that much extra at the time. The Windsor van has been absolutely brilliant but i believe get the upgrades and no matter what, you shouldn't have any problems. I have taken my van to some fairly radical places and it now handles it all with ease.
Hope this helps,
regards from Big Col
