G'Day all,
does anyone have any good tips for doing this?
My canopy window has a section in middle which opens but its not possible to reach rest of vehicle window to clean it.
I usually try to give it a blat with the hose in there, but wondering if anyone has a tip on cleaning this hard to access area.
(I am of course talking about doing so without removing the rather heavy canopy.)
Rgds

G/Day Ron
When we had the Navara Dual Cab, I used a large Car Wash Sponge,
there was enough gap between the Cab and the Canopy to slide the
Sponge down and push it around with a Broom Handle, then hose off
it was a bit hard to dry with the Chamois.
Cheers

I use a mit to wash the car(Oates/Sabco???) then a stick it on the end of some aluminium flat bar and work it around a best I can, trying not to touch the paintwork. Better still if you can use plastic if you can find a piece strong enough. At one stage I cable tied a sponge to a length of plastic sliding window track but was too thick for the RA Rodeo.

When I had my dual cab I purchased a soft spider web brush the fury kind and was able to get between the cab and the Canopy with soapy
water to clean it. Another one is to get a thick feather duster the nylon type and do the same thing.

Exactly what I used on the lux. Was plastic handle so it didnt scratch the paintwork, extendable also. Just dipped it in the soapy
water etc. Worked a treat. Regards Steve M

As usual some top replies.
Thanks, will try to get something to poke a sponge or mitt around in there.
Usually not too bad, but if on dirt roads can get a bit dusty in there, then of course it rains.
Thanks
Ron
