Hope you get well soon.
I know that it is a basket of a virus.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Oh Dear, we are headed up that way on Saturday, not to Tamala Station but to Shark Bay and I don't think the mozzies care to much about boundaries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the heads up.

A few years ago there was a story going around about a farmer in the south of WA who had Ross River Virus and when he was rounding up an old bull one day he accidentally touched an electric fence and got rid of it, the virus that is. Now don't shoot the messenger here it is just what I heard but if it was me I think I would go and find a fence to do just that, but until I get the virus and try it I must admit it is only heresay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Cheers

I know a chap that swears the electric fence fixed his Ross River virus. I can't understand how anyone can knowingly grab hold of an electric fence. It will certainly make every muscle in your body do some severe exercise in a very short time. 6000 to 9000 volts gives a big bang.

One of our local hospitals claims that they treat around 200 cases a year. Can't see them all grabbing an electric fence...that's a shocking suggestion.

Ah come on you guys...electric fences really are not that bad..been hit plenty of times..no damage done , just one hell of a fright and the joints a little sore for a few seconds....lots of volts , not much amps...how many animals get badly hurt by them ?...if they did the farmers would not use them...cheers
