has anybody had a problem with black sunraysia rims. when I let the presure down to 25 psi it breaks the bead

Are you sure that the tyres and rims are compatable....a suitable match...double check....I have had
mine down to 8 psi on occasions and they still stayed sealed.

If it was a hot day, then the
wheels facing west would be more prone to this problem because of the heat factor..
You need to change direction more often to reduce this problem !!!!!
Or wait till late afternoon so the sun is a bit cooler !!!
