Which battery

I have a
water tank level indicator in our new 2nd hand van that has no battery. It's the older oval type from R V Electronics. Can anyone advise which is the correct battery for them?

The plastic body splits in half, you will see the batt inside. It's one of those tiny round ones that are available anywhere.
