We have 2 vehicles and between them they have 5 Odyssey 1500 batteries. They are a very good battery, easy to install and no mess.
EXCEPT: You MUST get between 14.4 and 14.7 volts AT the battery from your alternator or you are wasting your time. They will not fully charge and you will have problems if your alternator is not rated appropriately. Also, regular battery maintenance is a good practice to get into -> putting them onto a charger.
We have quite an unusual setup that in all involves about 11 different Odyssey batteries. If you want to know more feel free to give me a call. See our contact details at www.rovingtheglobe.com.
