Rooey,
I live locally you should not have to much trouble on the Coral Bay Yardie Creek track, one point make sure you only cross Yardie Creek on low tide.

Regards
Mark

Before heading up the track to Yardie Creek, drop into Gnarloo and have a look around for a few days. 14 mile beach on Warroora Stn (pronounced Worra) is an absolute gem with camping right on the beach front, literally metres from crystal clear water and great fishing. The weather is a big factor here but this time of year should still be great. It's only a short drive into Coral Bay for supplies if needed (about 45 mins from memory)

From there you have the Yardoe Creek track and Exmouth and then you head out of the Mid West Gascoyne and into the Pilbara then Kimberley regions. The Kimberley is awesome. It's all awesome.

I'm jealous.

wafarmer,

Is Finlay's Fish BBQ still running? That was one of the best feeds I have ever had. A must do if it is still there.

Matt.

Hi Rooey, Kalbarri is a great place with heaps to see and do. As well as what has been mentioned above- the Sea Horse sanctuary is great, and if weather permits I'd have a go at the Wagoe Beach Quad bike tour. Its a fantastic part of the coast and the young bloke conducting the tour is a wealth of fascinating information. I'm pretty sure there is some limited camping on Wagoe Beach and I'm told the fishing there is top notch.Oz doc.

to the locals that have replied from the various spots mentioned above.
Is it busy in your neck of the woods?
I'm in Margies and every swingin dick I know is up their fishing or surfing at the moment. ( no complaints, plenty of waves at home, weather permitting)
Image Could Not Be FoundI'm off to Indo for a month with the misus and young fella, the reports of crowds put me off!
not like it used to be eh! but I spose its like that everywhere!
