The decision has been made, I am about to part with my Navara after 5 years of faithful service. The decision to return to Toyota and a 70 Series wagon has not been an easy one. After two Patrols and the Navara I have had great service from all vehicles with next to no problems. So why change?
Well the main reason is Nissan now only produce the four cylinder engine and this may change in the future but who knows when? Now we love our off roading and
camping but also tow a 20Ft full van that requires a towing capacity of minimum of 3000Kg. In my opinion the 3Ltr Nissan just doesn't quite cut the mustard power wise. What is on the market at the moment that has the towing capacity in Kg and the power to do the job? Toyota Landcruiser. and that's it. I could probably do without a V8 but what else is there? And by the way the Jeep has a roof loading capacity of 65Kg no good to me..... Regards Nav.
