dont laugh. the theory is good. i have made one of these 'cells' to put on my 1hz. i will be testing it in the next few weeks. remember that hydrogeon is the friendly gas.....

I do not know whether to believe this or not.
If it is true - give us a detailed analysis of your testing when its operating. I accept the theory seems logical - but I can't believe its that simple to extract.
