Malta is listed as driving on the left, but anyone who has been there will tell you otherwise, they drive on the shady side.

There's only one gauge in Australia now. It's the States that have got it all wrong.

um ... i thought the road gets driven on both sides or we would all be going one way and pile up at the end

In Vietnam they don't just confine themselves to the road ... any flat surface is fine. Good fun though.

was in Vietnam a couple of months ago, and unless it was a main road, they drove on whatever bloody side they wanted. come to think, that goes for every SE asian country I've been too!

Hi Jon,
Just back from a trip to India. While the steering wheel is on the right and they are meant to drive on the left, I can tell you it's every person for themselves. Leaving Mumbai for Pune had a two lane rd taking about 6 lanes of traffic going in all directions. Coupled with Monsoon season made for an interesting trip.

Hi Jon,
That plus about 30cm deep
water to get through. Amazing to see Rickshaws plowing through,
water over the floor.

Have driven in France on the right and its a lot easier than you think, kind of a oppersite logic, within minutes it seemed to be second nature.
The most scarey thing was how easily I got used to it!!

You wouldn't know DIO personally by any chance?
Just sounds like something he would say.
