So has he got an EO sticker and login yet??
Russell Coight:
He was presented with a difficult decision: push on into the stretching deserts, or return home to his wife.

Hi Guy's
Interesting to hear your thoughts on their travels.
Lucky buggers, wouldn't it be good etc etc.
Many of you are well enough off to do this NOW!!
Read the quote
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." -- Mark Twain
We have "sold up" and at the rip old age of 38 i'm on my way around the country for a second time.
I realise this is not possible for all !
For us, we have known more than 1 person that didn't make 40 through no fault of their own.
Keep packing away that super if you wish, BUT REMEMBER!
TOMORROW IS PROMISED TO NO ONE!
Cheers Lyndon
Now is the only time you own
Decide now what you will,
Place faith not in tomorrow
For the clock may then be still

Interesting trip. As to grasping opportunities, in 1972 my wife and I drove our VW Kombi from Europe to Pakistan, including Turkey, Iran and Afghanistan. Might be a bit tricky now, so don't leave too much to do later on
