4wd in the eastern goldfields. Cant spcifically remember which one- I think it covers the woodlines SE of Kambalda to the Eyre higway.
Never saw a
goldfields track that was anthing othe than smooth- no corros round kalgoorlie, scratchy - bog holes are infrequent usually with go arounds

Hey Graeme, I used to live out that way and did the trek many times years ago, but not recently. I was planning a trip out there in 2 weeks and i wanted to ask, did you notice any signs about 1080 poison and
dingo baiting in the area? I was thinking of taking the dogs...
Cheers.

Hi Mattyjee.
Only got as far as emu rock on the
Holland track and the better half decided that it was to cold so ended up
camping at dyrandra for a few nights on the way home. Will still be doing the trek at a later date.Fresh baiting signs on the
Holland track so presume other areas the same.Could you let me know the track conditions if you go.
Thanks Graeme.

Yeah, no worries. I'm going with a group, most of us are as keen as mustard, but the one running the group is hoping to take his dog... I'm trying to convince him otherwise.
If we go, i'll give you some detailed notes abouyt the trip. I've done it plenty of times when i was younger, it really is a marvellous spot. There are so many hidden caves around
bungalbin hill, some of them are big enough to pitch some tents inside. If i can still find them, i'll pop them in the gps this time...
Cheers.
