Hi there

has anyone any knowledge of this company's products - good, bad or indifferent. A friend [former member now living in UK] is looking at the "Vision' for when he returns to OZ.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

G'day Lyn. I saw a couple of thier campers at recent shows up here in Brissy and they looked bloody nice in the flesh. I do not know about thier reliability or back-up service but they seemed to use pretty good gear from what I saw.

I hope someone has one of thier products and can help a little more.

Best regards,
Trevor.

Likewise I have seen their campers for a couple of years running at the Gold Coast show. They have been improving their product each time and they are very nice looking. They have a great range of storage in them and all very neatly finished. I am actually contemplating having these guys build a special box for my van. Consider them well worth considering if I was after another camper.

What I really liked about them is that everything was functional and cleverly designed. Their rear door lifts by compressed air by way of an on board compressor seemed to work well.

Kind regards

They have had them at the Melbourne 4x4 show for the last couple of years. They are very nice looking units, but the pricing from memory is in the same area as Tvans and Ultimate campers.

The 'Vision' is not the same as anything that Jimboomba Campers offers.

I bought the Vision Hardtop Camper in April this year and just love it. I have a Nissan Navara D22 with a ZD30 diesel engine and we did 10000km half of which was dirt and the fuel average for the trip was 13 lt/100km. The camper was supplied with two Bushman fridges and we ran one as a freezer (-17_0 deg C) and the other as a fridge (0 deg C) for two and a half months and the batteries never dropped below 70% using solar panels. The pneumatic suspension is fantastic on the rough roads and when you set up camp it is used to level the camper. We have the shower option and with 240 ltrs of water we stopped for 6 days at Fletches creek with the two of us showering each night and still had water left. The supplied equipment is all top of the range from the battery charger to the batteries, tent pegs, ropes ,tent, hot water system, kitchen, compressor, inverter 1.5 KW, generator and of course the weight about 650 kg empty. We did the Battle Camp rd from Laura to Cooktown about 110km and took us 4.5 hrs due to all the washouts and at the Normanby river crossing it was 2nd gear low range with the water half way up the doors and we just made it up the bank on the our side. If I had bought a Kimberly camper (1300kgs empty) I don't think we would have made it.
