goodday all
just on the off chance does any body know how to reset a lg rh4810w dvd recorder to its factory settings
we have managed to lock ours to progessive playback or whatever and cant download any of our recently taken videos

Straight from the manual (page 6)

You can reset the recorder as follows:

1. Press and hold the POWER button for at least 5 seconds. This will force the unit to power off.

2. Press the POWER button again to turn the unit back on.

3. Unplug the power cord, wait 5 seconds and then plug in again.

Seems u will have to also download the DJVU viewer as well to be able to read it as theye is no PDF version on there
