I come by a little file that some might find handy to check what BAC could be per X amount of drinks , so I added it to my 4x4 webpage , it's only 55kb so you can download it in a jiff,

Drink Planner

Hic, Hic,

Oops, MY Wife is my Cook & Chauffeur, she will drop me off, pick me up, and put me to bed, we added that to our Wedding Vows,
38 and a bit years ago.

I am unable to run this program when drunk, let alone operate a computer. LOL

Thanks for the spreadsheet.

Looks cute Doug

For our use, be aware that the vertical scale is 1:1000 and we are more used to .05 as a limit.

.05 hence reads as .5 on that chart

Went to the Dowerin Field Day yesterday and the Rural Men's Hlth unit had this test to show you what effect just being over the limit had on your coordination. All the test was was a pair of work goggles with a series of verticle lines on the lenses. It was impossible to walk in a straight line. Amusing but if accurate - scary.

Doug, Reckon you put the planner aside for the time being, fill up yer eski with some good ones and head over to Murilinja , Newcastle Waters and watch the UFO's come in for landing.

The golden rule for drinking is that 1 standard drink needs 1 hour to dissapate. So for example if you consume 5 standard drinks in the 1st hour you'll be on .05 and then 1 standard drink per hour after that will keep you at .05. Off course different builds and tolerances come into play, females must consume considerably less than this to stay within .05.

That looks good fun but I dialled in a Coopers Sparkling per hour for 4 hours and it only gets me up to .3 (presumably .03?). That seems wrong considering how I feel after that!

Cheers Jules
