Well the great day has arrived. Off to Perth today to take delivery of my new Landcruiser v8 wagon. After 13 years and three Nissan's am back in a Toyota. The Nissan's have been great vehicles with no major problems and would still be driving one had they produced one with a decent size engine. Now of course starts the expense of the extras, dual battery's,drive lights, fitments of HF and UHF radios, roof rack etc. Being a retired mechanic though I will be able to do all the fitting up myself so by the end of next week all should be ready to tackle the first bush trip. Hmmm where should I go,north or south, hate this retirement there is just not enough hours in the day to do all that needs doing. Sorry all you workers out there, your turn is coming soon enough. Hope everyone's day is as good as mine... Regards Nav.

Nav, Maaaaaaaaaate
I've had the 76 series since last Christmas. Sadly I'm still involved in that work thing so there's a limit to the trips I can make. But I promise you you'll love your new 76 series. There's plenty of power and plenty of torque, enough to keep you out of most trouble. It's beautiful to drive, and with sheepskin seat covers very comfy to sit in.
Enjoy it.
Regards
Stuart

G`Day snas,,, Yep had mine 3 days now, only done 150Km so far but love the feel of it. Heaps of power that's for sure and should get better as it runs in. Been full on over the last couple days wiring up for dual batteries radios and such. Have decided on a Jarram alloy powder coated roof rack, Tracklander I think it`s called lots of dollars but will look real shmick when on the vehicle. Thanks for the reply, Regards ... Nav.
