Google earth street level FUN

Ok was just on another forum and seen some funny pics on google earth (street level)-----

One was a set of 4 photos where the car was taking the series of pics -- in the shot was a teenage boy riding a bike on a footpath -- by the second set of pics he had stacked his bike -- by the third - was on the ground ..... ( immortalized for eve- well maybe not that long )

next was a Street sign stating the speed for that area - and then below it a digital speed sign showing the speed the car was doing ..... the speed was well over the speed limit - ( naughty google earth car )

So do you have any funny Pics from google earth ( street view ) and if yes -- please share

well no but i needed yesterday to know the name of a tyre place (yes my almost over quest for ome wheels for my lux) so i could ring them, although i didn't know their name I knew where they were.

So bugger me, 5 mins on google earth street view and there was their business and I didn't even need to look up whitepages.com.au cause i could actually see their phone number.

i am kind of blown away by this sort of technology.

Just go to google page. Top left where it says web, images, maps etc. Just click on maps and you are there. Type in any address and it will find it in a 3D scene. Some of the streets in some places have't been done yet. It's a good time waster. Have fun.
