Hi all I need to get some wheel studs from
Melbourne to
Kununurra in a hurry for a family member that suprise suprise has broken all left hand wheel studs off there Jayco camper. After looking at Australia post seems as if
Kununurra is not in there express post area. He managed to get four studs from Repco
Alice Springs but thats all they had. Never been to
Kununurra before so I have no idea if he will be able to find them up there.
Part number from Repco is NS 209 made by Nice Products PTY LTD. Simply a 1/2 inch stud 13.9mm Knurl Diameter 42.1mm long with a shoulder of 7.9mm.
Cheers Brad

They would be the standard Alco 1/2 inch UNF studs provided in Jap 6 stud hubs. There should be hundreds of them lying around in old worn out hubs. Knock them out and replace them. Check the local tip at a pinch.

Thanks Squizzy luckily I have some friends that live in
Kununurra so hopefully they can source localy for them before they get there on Wednesday. If they are unable to get any would you like to part with the studs from your old axle for some beer money?..... If you would just send me your contact details and I will get my brother in law to contact you when he gets into town.

Standard Ford (falcon) wheel studs... I'd be very surprised if ya couldn't pick 'em up at just about any mechanic's workshop in the country........
In any case, they'll be on upturned vehicles all over the place up that way, I'd imagine;-)))

LOL...The only dealers in
Kununurra are Nissan, Toyota and Holden. If you own any thing other than those the nearest dealer is a thousand klms away.
