Not sure what posts Greendog is referring to, as I haven't been as regular (on EO....not on the loo) as I usually am. But, one thing I can tell you is that Lucky hasn't been on EO for several weeks (since his last big BANG up at
Broken Hill when he bent his front diff, springs and steering gear big time).
In fact he was here at our place last night for about 4 hours. He left
Melbourne yesterday morning (saturday), arrived here in Kadina around 7pm last night, had tea with us and spent about 2 hours fine tuning this laptop I'm typing on and then promptly (refusing our offer of a bed), got back into the Jeepney and headed back towards
Melbourne.
Last weekend he drove up to
Alice Springs to see a relative and left at 5.30am Sunday from there for the return trip.....stopped only for food and fuel and drove 24 hours straight to get back to
Melbourne around the same time on Monday morning.
The man is on a mission and has no time for EO anymore....he's let his
membership lapse too.
