Hi every one
I have a 04 turbo cruiser x gov lease car.
I would like to fit a winch but dont know how to go about it.
The bar is a winch bar it has a recess and a plate on the front that can be removed but there is no mounting brackets or holes .
Is there some type of mounting kit I have to get.

Is it a standard Toyota winch bar, a TJM or a ARB bar??

Cheers Kev

it sounds like the arb bar with the removble plate the winch bolts up quite easily . it can be fitted without removing the bar , but gets tight fitting the electricals if removing the bar it gets 35kgs heavier once the winch is fitted so will need help lifting it to refit the bar

the winch is held in place by the 4 bolts that hold the rollers at the front of the bar where the plate fits ! the solenoids fit around the winch to the sides the arb bar was the genuine bar fitted to toyota and the genuine winch was the superwinch , a copy of the warn
