Seized my motor on the way to work on Friday, Bugger.
Anyway spent about an hour pulling it down, $350 in parts and a re-bore and about an hour to put it all back together.

Got to love them 2-stroke motor bikes :)

Cheers Stefan (a-bit cheaper than TONI) :):):)

Cheeky buggar, soon as I read the first line I thought uh oh there's another Toni project on the way but thankfully the patrol's all good. How cheap was that for a rebuild of a bike motor. Good for another few years eh. Regards Steve M

I am sure if you got the bike shop to do the work it would be alot more. But a single cylinder 2-stroke! is their a simpler motor??
