Turbo fit up + EGR

Finally started to fit up a DTS Turbo and I/C to my HZJ105 cruiser.Just wanting to know from other 1HZ owners with the later model engine(EGR system) what they do with all the EGR related switches/solonoids and vacumn lines as the original inlet manifold pipe from air box with EGR is removed.
I alos know from past experiance that you cannot just block the vacumn lines off on this engine as it causes the glow plug light to come on.
