Call the Spirit of Tasmania people on 1800 634 906. I normally use internet bookings for most of my travel but these guys and girls are so helpful it's worth the free call. I'm going to Tassie at Xmas and the return fare for me and the Paj (sharing a 4 berth cabin) is $540. I can't fly return for that!
The cost for your vehicle (up to 5m long) is $58 one way. The rest of the cost is how you decide to go on the ferry. Here are your
options

The online booking is not for those with non-standard vehicles (is overlength or towing.)
