I am no computer expert..far from it.. yeh the servo can tend to play up often at times..(like tonight and it can be really frustrating),then straight away, jumping up and down and finger pointing starts, but do we think to express our appreciation when it is all running good? At the end of the day, everything David does on here is for our benefit remember.

When I've dealt with David over previous incidents it's often been because the EO Team were processing some major changes at the time. I understand that they have to perform these changes but it's still frustrating.
