I've been trying to send an itinerary request but keep the the following 'error message'
Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a000d'
It only happens when I try and open the page to request an itinerary.
Any clues??
cheers
Andrew

Andrew,
Send them an email.
Sorry can't help you with the technical stuff. I do know that the problem is in your computer. I used to get a lot of those runtime error messages because then I was using Shareware programs and PCCillin Virus protection. I have now switched to Norton Anti-virus and have deleted the Shareware programs and all those problems have disappeared.
Cheers, Willem

Andrew,
Send us a
feedback email (In contact us under
About Us) with the exact problems. I have looked at that page this morning and it worked for me.
Davids coming back from the Canning at the moment, but I will get him to look at it when he gets back.
