Sorry mate,
Don't click on this one then.

First heard it heading South out of the Alice, it was on 'The John Laws Show' on 8HA.
Blew me away then, blows me away now.

Don't have to drive trucks to relate to that song. I have driven trucks in the past but now it's just the Patrol all over the joint. Worked it out one year, I was away from home 300 nights. Not as bad as this these days, but still pretty lonely at times when I am on a 3 or 4 week stretch. The new truck has clocked 6000km in the last 3 weeks but I did a further 2000 in another rig in this time as well.

You sound like you might enjoy Macca on Sunday morning too? (Probably Monday in your neck of the woods?)

Cheers, Trevor.

Sorry Trevor,
Cannot stand Macca, he was OK when he 1st started now he makes me cringe. Much prefer Colin Munroe, the bloke that did it before him. I like John Nutting though.
We are behind you on the time scale, so it would be late Saturday night here.

Cheers,

Good on ya
Liked that, have heard the song a few times,
The Cabover leading a plume of dust, gave the memory a tug, I was always too slow to respond to get a photo like that, did get out of the way and wait for the dust to clear a few times, Gidday on 40 and carried on.
I will have to come back again and take some more photos.

Sorry Dennis didn't mean to cause any angst :-)

It's really really difficult!!!!

Nah not really David just added the ability to do so a couple of days ago.

When you type a follow up or post in general at the bottom of the box you write in is the group of buttons to do various things like Insert Link, Insert Image and the next one says "Embed Video"

This is the one just click on it and it will ask for the relevant detail like "You Tube ID" which you get off the clip you want to insert, type it in and click "Embed" and the jobs done :-)

The bloke who writes this site does a great job in adding easy to use interactive bits and pieces that make it so easy to do stuff.

Hope this helps.
Find another Video and have a try.

Always meant to ask whats an Aussie doing living in Scotland?
Not knocking it as the home of golf would entice me to live there for awhile also :-)

Cheers
