Ryno,
With no disrespect intended, do you really think that asking for this info on a world wide forum is a good idea??

I am sure that your local Returned Services Association members would be able to find it out for you, if you ask.

Hi Guys,
I had no intention of suggesting that the the information not be given to Ryno.

Rather that publishing a phone number may provide access to much less honourable people or those with un australian idea of mateship who may not not have the best interests of the Vets in mind.

Sorry if I offended anyone out there, it definitely was not intended.

Disco.

Yes Doug, Jeff will be heading this way, have not had contact with him recently but he should make it as long as he doesn't pick up too much road kill for his dog (ask him about it).

Ryno

I tnink you might be talking about Murrurundi rather than Murrindi. If so, give this number a ring (02) 65466205.

Kim

Ryno

Also ring this number (02) 68747762 if you want to get away from it all. It's a large property, and the station manager is a good bloke. Ring him around lunch time.

There's also another property up in the Gulf country, but I take it you want some where in NSW.

Regards

Kim

Gooday ryno and there area number of retreats around the country. I have tried to access a couple of addresses on "tripod ' but they have not been available. If you Google "Cockscomb Retreat" you will get to a site for Cockscomb outside Rockhampton and it has a link to most of the others. Mate as for the comment of not posting on this site and your concern of 'ONLY' having been in later conflicts than Vietnam etc. Cobber we are all veterans regardless of where and when we served and that is the important bond we have that bridges the generations and Bugger me if we did not serve so that we, and those that have not, have the right to post or not post, speak out or not speak. Doug T I suspect that there are a lot of us who are members here that are exservice people judging by the number of ribbon tags one sees on vehicles and vans when on the road. Regards Ray W.

Bloody well said Ray W. Spoken like a true Vet mate. I know for a fact there many ex ADF persons who enjoy this great site, and so we should.
When a mate reaches out for help, we will be here, that's for sure.

Fred.

Get well soon friend, mate HERO!
