shonky maps trouble shoot

i am trying to download shonky maps for p.c. but it doesnt do anything, the computer is ' thinking' but just stays on the same page and no download icon appears. is this normal. thanks

When I click on 3.51.zip certainly starts downloading (I use internet Download Manger) and progress is displayed....So link is working. Cant really explain your issue except to suggest turning everything off and starting again.

Make sure the browser isn't blocking pop up windows for that site.
