Hi Guys
I am trying to find the headlight adjustment points for my 100 series TD. I need to readjust them after some
suspension modifications.
Any clues please.
Thanks & CheersPT

Paul,
on the back of the headlight there are two metal gear looking thingos, one is for up and down, the other for side to side.
It appears you use a flatbladed screwdriver to lever the wheel around.
I would Imagine taking it to a dealer or garage wouldnt cost much and they should have the proper thing to align them properly.

If you send the details to me that would be greatly appreciated.
Can you upload to this site (Exploreoz) or do you need my email address.
Cheers

Paul now that I have found the details its simple really.
Square car up at at 90 degrees 3000mm from wall
Centre of Low beam image on wall should be 50.8mm below actual centre of headlight which would vary depending on weight of car and or
suspension lift and of course carry weight. I use std 960mm actual headlight centre for empty and then adjust lights when I carry extra weight.
Distance apart is 1209mm centres
If you have a lift kit then you'll most likely need to adjust and to make things easy drop by 50mm (from actual lamp centre height) at 3000mm. Its not accurate but its close enough and you will reduce the abuse from other motoristsWow! am I cute
