Has anyone heard of the Company that allegedly can puncture proof your tyres. They were at the Australian Caravan Clubs recent National Muster and it appeared to be a fairly decent product. Many vanners chose to have the stuff installed into their tyres.
Just curious whether anyone has heard of any fair dinkum feedback...one way or another ?

Always dubious about such things... I ran, on recommendation, the Honda goop in my bike tyres... When the stuff beaded and solidified, throwing wheel balance our badly, I was told it was a one-off... I had the
wheels and tyres cleaned and the goop installed again and the same thing happened...

Mountain bike riders put liquid latex in their tyres to achieve the same thing, but it does eventually (6 months or so) dry out and go lumpy.

Dunco
Various forms of Tyre Goo have been around since the 1960's. First for bikes and smaller tyres and then later for bigger tyres like for cars and 4x4's.
The stuff may work on bicycle tyres but as mentioned above, it goes hard and could become lumpy and then throws the wheel balance out.
Better to buy the right tyres for the application you want them for.
Cheers

Try removing a tyre from the rim after u have used the tyre goo - when the wheel is out of balance try cleaning all the gunk off the rim and inside the tyre
