is there a shoter route to mootwingee from wilcania in stead of going to
white cliffs

A good route is to take track on right approx 115 km west of
Wilcannia on
Broken Hill Road signposted to mootwingee. Good dirt road, very attractive country but rather a lot of gates! About 60 km to Mootwingee. Marked on Hema Maps Discover Australia by 4WD edited by Ron & Viv Moon.
