I was trying to fix her F$%#@^& I Pod that had a hissy fit and would recognise the bloody computer (the computer is female by the way).
Finally got it done after an hour of mucking around with the settings.

That HR Bitch finally told me that she didn't know I had not gotten my final letter of engagement. Considering she has to do it....................
well it has only taken 8.5 months and she wonders why there is a retention issue.
