Can someone PLEASE help me find someone on the
Gold Coast who can inspect my Bushcamper Troopy and fit a modification plate so I can register the vehicle and actually drive it.
having a hell of a time here and frustration has set in.

Qld Transport Service centre should be able to give you a list of "approved persons" who can do this.

Did you get this issue sorted OK ?
If you have and now have your new Queensland number plates then I think you may live in the same street as I do , are you number 75 , just back from the Esplanade ?
We are number 34 . For privacy reasons on internet I have not named street.
Alternatively if this is not you then there is someone else there who has just been through the same issue and if this is the case I could ask him where he got the plate issued if you wish
