We camped up in the Sherbrooke Forest, Kallista a couple of years ago. Lots of rosellas and other birds in the forest. Got sprung by a caretaker around 10pm but we talked him out of making us leave. Two resident Kookaburras grizzled most of the night on a branch above us as we must have invaded their space.
There is a very nice
camp site in the Eildon State Park about 30km east of Eildon on the road to
Mansfield.
Cheers, Willem
Never a dull moment
