Does anyone know if the one tree hotel is open for the public ?, saw an article in the news last year about this old hotel.

Well & truely empty. You can stop & walk around it - but no cold beer on a hot day.

This hotel seems to be still undergoing restoration. It is fully fenced off but is looking good. Was there about 4 weeks ago.
