OMG it really is real!!!!!
Bonny Doon that is!!!
Of course the 'The Castle" is one of my favourite movies but I didn't realize Bonny Doon actually existed! I was only 18/19 when I left Qld and took off to Vic. Lived in Colac, Did The Great Ocean Road, went to a couple of towns here and there but that was it.

We're goin to Bonny Doon..

Teabag, Colac is quite a way from Bonny Doom which is near Mansfield. You better be in touch if you go back along the GOR.

HAHHAAAA!!! close John! I am Teacup!!!

Of course it would be a much better experience visiting the GOR these days.
I would be in a 4wd (and not a mates datsun wagon) and this time round I wouldn't be off my face on drugs!!!!!!

Yes I should be going to sleep but I am doing something much more important.
I have been reading 'Mailman of the Birdsville Track' I am a few pages off finishing the book, the epilogue. So I am looking on the net about Tom again. Gonna put a thread up.

I have not been in possession of your flag John!! Im just hte only one brave enough to put it on...plus form what Ive been told it has been hiding a bit and not doing too much touring!!

...I figured where the ribbiting noise comes from...its a door security thingy...walk past it and it goes off...saw one on telly the other day - exactly the same noise!!

If I find who took it John they will be punished severely! (let that be a warning to you....you know who you are....!!)
