Just my own little protest at what is happening to our language and the way it is expressed. There will always be a place for punctuation, capitals and correct spelling.otherwisewords like
Don't!!!! Stop!!!!! will become Don't stop and so on.

Perhaps a leaking exhaust - manifold gasket, turbo flange, dump pipe flange, EGR. I'd check these - take it to an exhaust place and ask them to do a a smoke test.
