Tyres is a touchy subject in regards to brands ;)
I would look at an All Terrain LT type of tyre.
Have a look at Speediliner (I think that is how it is spelt) to respray your tub as it is a very hard wearing and can be colour matched to suit.
Cheers Kev

Thankyou for your reply. I have been looking at some brands and i am not to sure which one to go for . I have a friend that use to work at a bob jane and he mentioned that coopers were a good tyre. As for
the tub i am in country NSW I was thinking about doing it myself or going to the local 4WD
shop and getting a plastic tub fitted . But thanks once again.

I have Cooper ST's on Darkie at the moment and will not be replacing them with Coopers as they tend to lose tread in chunks.
I think as long as you remove any rust that has started in
the tub and seal it properly then you should have no issues after a tub liner has been fitted, be aware though that
the tub liners do rub and cause
places for rust to start.
Cheers Kev

would it be cheaper just throwing a tub liner in???
as for tyres, its a little like politics, everyone has a view on it depending on experience.
coopers mostly have a good name and the odd person will tell ou differently, bf goodies are in line with coopers in many peoples minds (these 2 are the nissan vs toyota of tyres). if wanting on / off roads Id look at all terrain tyres of some sort. even mickey thomsons are under-rated I think....
