From memory I've seen this picture since 2005 and it also appears on the No Boundaries website.
What I think is even more amusing, or tragic, is that the people posting this picture actually think they're the first one to do so on this or any other
forum.

How the heck are people meant to know if they are first or not? And why does anyone feel the need to be harsh about duplicate news? As soon as these threads are a week old on this
forum, they have disappeared on to page 15 and never looked at again. It's the first time I saw it, thanks for posting it Mr. 1927

Like others I have seen this photo before. Each time I see it I ask the same questions.
Is it a set up?
Now I don't know how to tell if it has been manipulated so I like to think that somewhere out there this puddle pops up to be seen for real each time it rains.
If that is the case, where is it?
I keep thinking NW Victoria or eastern SA. But I don't know for sure. What do others think or is there someone out there who can tell us for sure?
