Hey u good experiance blokes out there i need some info on two types of radio uhf and 27 mhz what problems would they cause when installed on a 100 series landcruiser all electric and abs braking do they intefere with the system and if they do what can been done about thanks

In theory they should do nothing to the cars.
Both have their
places in 4wding too... I have both in my car, the majority of the planet now has UHF only..

Bearing in mind that out in the back of the boonies, the range of uhf is limited, and that with a good 27meg with upper and lower sideband, there is always the possibility that someone will hear your cry for help.
if you know someone with a 27meg, get them to put it on the lower sideband call channel, there are still alot of people who use this form of communication every day-thats why i have one in my truck.

hi cappa i have a side band radio in the paj and allso u.h.f as
well i,m a radio operater from
home and have spoken to
places like the u.s.a ,south africa and help in a rescue in w.a over the radio and me being in s.a was very satified
