Well what next - Google calculator - You can do any sum, so why not just use a calulator or excel spreadsheet? :-) Cheers Tony

Lets think about this Tony,
Using a calculator would mean taken my hand off the mouse and reaching out, opening the draw, digging around in it, finding the darn thing, placing it on the desk and using it.
I don't have time for that kind of manual labour, really.
Just like it is easier to click on
bom.gov and see what the weather is doing rather than pull the curtain back and have a look out the window.

You can enter many literal questions directly into google and get an answer. The calculator is one of them, but also try:
"time in Perth" (or any other city in the world)
"Convert 100 AUD to NZD" (or any other currency)
"convert 10 feet to centimetres"
and so on.....
