Van door not sealing

I have an A Van pop top with a door that does not seal. The rubber seal has a 3mm gap in
places and there does not appear to be any adjustment in the hinges to fix the problem. The door has not been damaged, does anyone have any good ideas on how to fix the problem?

do you have the older style camec door (the one with the seperate security screen) or the newer "submarine" type door?

The door does not have any security screen so I assume it is the submarine type.

We have the newer style door on our Avan Erin (2005) When closing the door it has a two stage catch. Just closing the door it will often only go to the first latch. It requires quite a firm push to get it to close fully. Got caught out a few times when we first got the van.
