Caravan bunk bed conversion

Hi,
Has anyone modified their caravan by replacing single beds with bunk beds? Is it a simple job or a PITA?

Full height or pop top? I thought about it on a pop top I had once but ended up trading the van on an expanda. Still reckon 2 sets of bunks at the back, or front, would be good as it'd get all the sleeping area in the one spot. I also reckon it'd be quite a simple job provided there was no windows in the way, which was an issue with the plans I had for our old van.
