Its been nearly 3 hours since anyone put a new post on this site.

ThreadID: 63093 was Posted: 31 Oct 08 19:41 and now its 22:42, whats happening. I dont think in all my years on this site as alurker and a member I have ever seen this long a period between posts.

Surely the new rules arent going to scare everyone away, or is it just a case of it being a slow night. I hope so.

Cheers,

Cruiser

I had a wonderfully crafted reply but the server crashed at EO and it's now gone into the celestial recycle bin to spin there in eternity.
In short, yes just a slow night :)

Cruiser,

ALL the questions have been asked. ALL the answers have been given. ALL of the opinions have been heard.

It's a VERY slow night.

Oi, shouldn't you be drinking beer rather than posting?
Geoff,

Grey hair is hereditary, you get it from children. Baldness is caused by watching the Wallabies.

*said in quivering voice*
Now back in my day
Australia always won the cricket
The stockmarket always went up
The Forum didnt have much moderation
And babies didn't generate $5k each.

Maybe that's where everyone is...making money ? LOL

Nope, not scared to post.
Has been a big week.
Last night I was tired, cranky and had no questions to ask. (most of the time and since being a member I don't normally have much to ask or share that requires starting a thread.)
I was asleep by 8.30.

It's Melbourne Cup long weekend for us Victorian's so we're off actually doing it rather than talking about it :-)
Sitting back overlooking Guichen bay from our balcony at Robe after a hard days driving in the Little Dip.
Fridays are historically quiet but then maybe all the wanabe's are posting their useless dribble on other sites now ;-))
Cheers Craig..........

Crackles,

Thats right, I forgot the whole of Australia stops for some silly nag race in Mexico.

Enjoy your long weekend and dont forget to give us a good tip on who will win.

Cheers,

Cruiser

Can't help you with a tip in fact most of us down south dont even care that there's a horse race on but most importantly it does mean a 4 day long weekend to get away on those bigger trips. Having a great time so far giving the wifes new JK Wrangler it's 1st real offroad test & it's doing it all easy :-)

How many times did you put the Wipers on instead of the Blinkers in your JK Wrangler ?

Only about 100 times so far Cookie! At work I drive about 20 different vehicles from F250's & MAN trucks which are backwards to a selection of jap trucks & utes which are standard. When I get home the dash controls of my 3 cars are all different so I don't know if I'm coming or going usually sorting it out at the 1st corner when I clean the windscreen :-))
After I finally work out the indicators then it takes a while to remember the Jeep has 6 gears!
Cheers Craig............
