Mark, have a look to the Glenpatrick Forecast at Elders and Bonz and I were wondering what the tracks will be like. They will be different ;-)))

Bonz hasn't said but we drove over tracks that were not used last year as we wanted people to enjoy their time on stable tracks. We actually found several otherwise testing tracks have been bulldozed :-(( No wonder Blaze went up the Slate Quarry Track in his Mitzi and Des Lexic in his 50 Series and said it wasn't bad. Slate Quarry last year tore lugs off Mad Cowz' Micky Thompsons, climbing it with his MIL in the rear passenger seat.

I went for a drive through the tracks at the other end of the Pyrenees yesterday (Mt Cole, Mt Buangor) & it was freezing up higher. I'd suggest anyone going be prepared for icy nights.

With luck I might be able to get away for a couple of hours on Sunday.
It's only an hour from me so its close enough for a flying visit.

Cheers

Sir Kev has arrived in cockroach land is about to set a new track record around the mountain ;)
I will post the lap time later haha

A quick road report for the northern end of the Newel highway_
Truck galore some are triple road train as the wheat harvest is in full swing. Also watch out for slooooooooooooooow moving headers (machinery) as they are moving them by there own means and not trucking them to different properties.

Cheers Sir Kev

Under cover ;))
