OK, then the mixture is going lean under deceleration and causing the engine to stall (if the mixture went rich, the engine would flood and be hard to start)
If running on petrol, you have no issues at all with engine operation, then the OEM equipment and sensors are OK.
Not knowing exactly what kit you have fitted, I would guess faulty power valve or LPG ECU issues.
The problem mostly likely will not be evident in the workshop as they will only run the car for a short time, and each time you start the car, the LPG system will reset to default starting settings. As you drive, the LPG system changes to throttle position and compensates by adjusting LPG fuel mixtures. When the vehicle returns to idle, it does not adjust back to the pre-defined idle settings. The more you drive without turning the engine off and the more you change speed, usually the shorter the time before it stalls.
Try driving around the back streets, accelerating and decelerating as much as you can and see how far you can get before it stalls. Then get to a major road (less change in speeds), and see how long you can drive - if it is electronic, the less you change speed the longer you should be able to drive for.
I have had two vehicles suffer similar issues. One was a faulty power valve, the other was a faulty LPG ECU.
Its a pain to keep going back - but do not settle - TAKE IT BACK.
There could be other issues, but this is what I have been through and it may help you. I have had several vehicles on LPG and most have been trouble free from installation.
