Just got back from setting up my van at Glenpatrick.
I arrived at 11 am today to find Scrubcat had arrived yesterday.
Steve and Denny arrived after lunch, followed soon after by Murray and Wes.It was a nice sunny day (about 20 degrees).
Colin the caretaker has left us a good stack of fire wood .
Let's hope the weather stays fine for the weekend.I left about 4.30 and Di ,Lachlan ,and I will return tomorrow morning.

Bonz,
Do you know more on the water situation?
I can bring 800 litres but it would probably be prudent to either not put all of it in the tank there and save some for fire prevention or I could do a load or 3 if there is a fill point nearby.
If there is a nearby fill point I could come up empty, would make it a quicker trip if I can.

MC Bring it up and we will use what we need to and when we're done there we can drop the rest of it into the tank there and you can come home MT

Thanx

We plan to get up to Ballarat Sat Morning for other purposes, so may be able to get there for Sat Night.

BUT,

Weather forecast is showers and 30 to 50 km/h winds, call me soft but that may put the kybosh on it for me.

We'll try Goeff.

Jenny just (today) stitched up a deal with a National Wholesaler for some new products (non 4wd/camping) that we started developing six months ago.

We might be stuck at the factory all weekend getting the first despatch ready. Won't know until late today if the order arrives then or Monday.

Cheers,

Jim.
